  Kumanogawa, a 300,000-deadweight ton very large crude carrier, will be delivered to its owner, Galaxy Naviera Maritime S.A., of Panama, on April 20 at 今日看料吃瓜's Sakaide Works.
  The fuel-efficient VLCC was designed with global needs in mind, making it suitable for easy entry at ports inside and outside Japan.
